Item is in need of repair. Paper feeders jam frequently, scanning function does not function properly, print quality produces a “shadow” when copying or printing.

You must make an appointment, in advance, to collect your items.
All drivers / personnel collecting items must be pre-approved through U.S. Mint security before permission is granted to drive a vehicle on to the facility. Pre-clearance the day before collection is preferred.
You will be contacted by U.S. Mint personnel at West Point and provided with the necessary documentation which should be completed and returned as soon as possible so that there is no delay in issuance of permission.
We can accommodate collection from our facility on Monday – Friday from 9am till 3pm.
If you are sending someone in your place to collect the items, you must send, in advance, written authorization for that person to collect the items. Your written authorization should contain your designated agents full name.
Before the items can be delivered, you or your designated agent will be required to provide a form of Government Issued ID, such as a passport or State issued driving license to confirm your identity. Your items will NOT be handed over until the ID has been presented. If the invoice or transfer order hasnt been signed you or your designated agent will need to sign before any item(s) will be released from our custody.
You are responsible for packing and removing, all shipping, materials, and costs. We DO NOT assist in packing or loading. You MUST supply sufficient labor to load all items.
Units are used and will show signs of use to include: Dirt, dust, scratches, stickers, etc. Winning bidder is responsible for Pickup, movement and transportation of all units. This location will not ship items for you. Physical inspection is NOT available. Items are warranted as to description only. Condition is not guaranteed. Deficiencies, when known, will be announced. However, absence of announced deficiencies does not necessarily mean there are none.
