• The winning bidder is responsible for equipment and labor, removal of all items and transportation costs. IRS personnel or warehouse staff will not remove any items, load or provide equipment for personal use.
• Anyone entering the building is required to have a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID for security clearance. Per IRS policy and guidance, all visitors may be subject to search.
• Vehicle information to load the equipment must be verified 48 hours upon arrival to ensure all equipment can properly be loaded for removal.
