Both machines are on wheels and require oil to operate. Building does have a dock. There is a large freight elevator. Dock can accommodate a 53′ truck. Hours of Operation are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Anyone entering the building must have a valid driver’s license or valid state ID. 48-hour advance notice required as we need to request a security clearance. No advance notices no access into dock and building. Must bring your own equipment, labor, and transportation.
Packing materials for shipping and handling not available. Property available for viewing and removal by appointment only. Please contact local custodian to schedule appointment. Location is closed on weekends and holidays. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling.
